Michael comes from a military family and served in the U.S. Army Reserve. He has a background in business management with over 25 years of retail leadership experience. He and his wife, Leslie, spent 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating to Charlotte in 2015. They have a daughter, Elle, and he enjoys cars, driving, and cooking.
